At the meeting, the Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People’s Committee, Pham Quang Ngoc, briefed the guests on the locality’s socio-economic achievements over the past 30 years.
While expressing his thanks to the host for the warm and sincere welcome, Lao Deputy Foreign Minister Phoxay Khaykhamphithoune congratulated the encouraging development results that Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, authorities and people have gained over the past years.
He stressed that Lao localities can learn experience from Ninh Binh Province’s direction towards green, sustainable and harmonious development.
On the occasion of the upcoming New Year 2024, the Lao official extended his best wishes to the leaders and people of Ninh Binh Province.
He also expressed his hope for the further development of friendship between the two Parties and States and between Ninh Binh and Laos’ Oudomxay Province.
