The fair is an activity under the national trade promotion programme for 2025, implemented under the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Committee.

The fair is expected to serve as an effective bridge for enterprises and entrepreneurs to expand markets, enhance cooperation, attract investment, and promote trade across various sectors. Through the fair, businesses and localities can showcase and promote the achievements of their production and business activities, while consumers gain access to regional specialties and high-quality products from provinces, cities, and locally produced goods.

Taking place from November 19 to 24, 2025 at Tran Phu Square, Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh Province, the fair features nearly 200 booths with the participation of 146 enterprises and organisations from provinces and cities including Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho, Hung Yen, Lai Chau, Cao Bang, Quang Tri, Hue City, Da Nang, Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, and 69 communes, wards, and units across Ha Tinh Province.

At the opening ceremony of the fair, Ha Tinh Province held the ceremony to honour outstanding rural industrial products at the provincial level, aiming to create a trade connection environment, promote brands, and introduce new products.

At the same time, the event helps businesses, cooperatives, and production establishments seek potential partners, strengthen linkages, expand markets, promote consumption, and contribute significantly to spreading the movement “Vietnamese people prioritise using Vietnamese goods.” The fair also strengthens the role of a bridge between producers and distribution systems, and between businesses and consumers.

Within the framework of the fair, the organising committee will implement livestream programmes at the fair and at local farms to promote Ha Tinh’s specialty products such as Khe May oranges, agarwood, stag velvet, etc.; organise direct trade connection sessions between suppliers and enterprises, cooperatives; and organise nightly art exchange programmes during the fair.

According to Ho Huy Thanh, Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Committee, Ha Tinh is home to many specialties and renowned products favoured by consumers such as Phuc Trach grapefruit, Huong Son orange, Vung Ang flashing squid, Huong Son stag velvet, Huong Khe agarwood, Ha Tinh peanut rice-paper candy, Ha Tinh green-skinned oranges, and Khe May oranges.

Among these, Phuc Trach grapefruit and Huong Son orange have been recognised by the Viet Nam Record Organisation as record-holding specialties and listed among the Top 50 famous Vietnamese fruit specialties according to the criteria for announcing Viet Nam’s specialty values.

Notably, the province is proud to be the country’s largest “sika deer capital”; Ha Tinh’s products are increasingly asserting their positions in domestic and export markets.

Ha Tinh currently has 190 products recognised as outstanding rural industrial products at provincial, regional, and national levels; the province also has 267 OCOP products, including 228 three-star products and 7 four-star products. These are strong, distinctive local products with potential for production development and market expansion, meeting the tastes of domestic and international consumers, and contributing to a more diverse and vibrant landscape for Ha Tinh’s industry and trade sector in the process of development and integration.
