At the meeting, the delegation approved the draft inspection report on the Standing Board of the Can Tho City Party Committee, covering the city’s leadership in disseminating and implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, the deployment of the Politburo’s directive on dissemination and implementation of the Resolution, and the Politburo’s directive on leadership of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 tenure.
Addressing the event, Politburo member and Minister of Agriculture and Environment Tran Duc Thang commended the Standing Board of the Can Tho City Party Committee and relevant agencies for their close coordination in carrying out tasks, providing full documentation for the delegation’s inspection and supervision, and meeting set timelines and content requirements.
On this occasion, he witnessed the handover of 155 social houses, funded by Hung Nhon Group, De Heus Group, and PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation, to poor and disadvantaged people in the city.
