The virtual assistant is developed in collaboration between the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order under the Ministry of Public Security and CMC Technology & Solution (CMC TS).
It provides information on administrative procedures at communal and provincial level, guides users through specific processes, and answers questions about related laws and policies.
It can also warn users about potential fraud or scams that might exploit the newly established administrative units or procedures.
According to Colonel Ngo Nhu Cuong, Deputy Head of the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order, the launch of the virtual assistant is a breakthrough in narrowing the gap between the authorities and the public, targeting to build a transparent, accessible and modern public administration.
It is also an important step towards positioning Viet Nam alongside advanced countries in digital transformation within public administration.
Speaking at the launch, Le Minh, Chief Technology Officer of CMC TS, stressed that CMC TS is committed to a long-term partnership with the Ministry of Public Security on the national digital transformation journey, with the shared goal of bringing technology closer to the people, creating a transparent, efficient and humane public administration.
