The programme, with the theme ‘Forever Singing Marching Songs’, will be held in Kep town, in the northern province of Bac Giang from July 10-19.
The content of the ten-day course aims to help young trainees discover more about national defence and environmental protection, while learning to respect traditional moral values.
They will also participate in various other voluntary and outdoor activities.
