Over the past ten months, Ha Noi has authorised the Viet Nam Bank for Social Policies to provide loans totalling nearly 4.2 trillion VND to poor households and policy beneficiaries, helping create jobs for 49,400 workers.

A central government delegation led by Party Central Committee Member and Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, visited and presented gifts to five families with meritorious service in Dong Nai Province on July 23 to mark the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the War Wounded and Fallen Soldiers’ Day (July 27, 1947 - 2025).
