Nguyen Van Quang, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court and Head of the Steering Committee for the Project on Strengthening Party Leadership over the People’s Courts in the New Period, chaired the committee’s first meeting in Ha Noi on May 29.
