The launch ceremony for the Malaysian Cuisine and Cultural Week, titled "Taste of Malaysia," took place at the Hanoi Daewoo Hotel on September 12. This event is part of the celebrations for Malaysia's Independence Day (August 31) and Malaysia Day (September 16).
