Viet Nam Arbitration and Mediation Week 2026 is the first large-scale forum in Viet Nam, focusing in depth on arbitration, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
The series of activities will include eight main events and six partner cooperation events, expected to attract more than 80 domestic and international experts representing state management agencies, arbitration, and mediation organisations, the lawyer community, and more than 1,500 delegates.
With expanded content, formats, and networking scope, Viet Nam Arbitration and Mediation Week 2026 is expected to continue serving as a meaningful platform for exchange and cooperation among the ADR community in Viet Nam, as well as between Viet Nam, the region, and the world.
As trade and investment activities continue to expand in both scale and complexity, the demand for effective, transparent, and reliable dispute resolution mechanisms is becoming increasingly important. Therefore, the organising of a specialised, multidimensional, and highly connected forum to promote dialogue, share experience, and strengthen cooperation in arbitration, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution has become particularly necessary.
Through Viet Nam Arbitration and Mediation Week 2026, the programme aims to promote the professional and sustainable development of the alternative dispute resolution system in Viet Nam, while contributing to improving the quality, efficiency, and transparency of dispute resolution activities in the context of international economic integration.
Furthermore, the event is expected to help enhance Viet Nam’s position as a trusted destination for resolving commercial and investment disputes in the region.
