Vietnam promotes traditional culture at Francophonie Village

On October 5, Hanoi Party Secretary Bui Thi Minh Hoai and a Vietnamese delegation visited the Vietnamese culture exhibition space at the Francophonie Village within the framework of the Francophonie Summit.

At the Francophonie Village, the performance by artists from the Thang Long attracted the attention of many foreign visitors and overseas Vietnamese.

Taking place from October 2-6 at the Centquatre-Paris, the Francophonie Village is a cultural event held within the framework of the 19th Francophonie Summit.

The Francophonie Village offers visitors distinctive cultural shows and performances of French-speaking countries.

This year’s event draws the participation of over 30 countries and territories, which are members of the Francophonie, including France, Canada, Tunisia, Bulgaria, Côte d’Ivoire, Armenia, Romania, Madagascar and Switzerland.

The Francophonie Village is open daily from 11 am to 7pm and free for all visitors.
