Autumn Fair 2025 expands opportunities for trade and business connections

During its open days, the Autumn Fair 2025 has recorded a record-breaking number of visitors and a surge in purchasing power, generating significant revenue for participating businesses. More importantly, it serves as a golden opportunity for enterprises to promote their products, connect with consumers, and establish links with domestic and international partners.

With these initial results, Autumn Fair 2025 is gradually affirming its position as a professional trade promotion event — a platform for Vietnamese businesses to demonstrate their strong competitiveness and readiness to integrate into the global value chain.

A vibrant shopping atmosphere

Even on weekdays, the exhibition spaces at Autumn Fair 2025 were packed with visitors. From early morning, streams of people arrived, creating a lively and colourful picture of a national-scale trade promotion event.

Tran Thu Giang, a resident of Cau Giay Ward, Ha Noi, shared: “I heard from the media that the fair opened last weekend, but I only had time to visit today. I didn’t expect it to be this crowded and bustling. What I like most is that you can find almost everything here — from organic food, clothing, regional specialties to handicrafts — and many items are discounted. I heard there will be a music and dance programme this weekend, so I’ll definitely bring my husband and kids back to enjoy it.”

The exhibition spaces of Autumn Fair 2025 attract large crowds of visitors coming to explore and shop.

According to preliminary statistics, after the first five days, Autumn Fair 2025 attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors each day for shopping, experiencing, and trading activities. The large turnout is undoubtedly good news for participating businesses. Constantly busy serving customers, the owner of Com Moc Huyen proudly shared: “In just a few days, our stall’s revenue has surpassed 100 million VND (3,800 USD). I’m very happy because we’ve not only made good profits but also increased awareness of our family’s traditional com (young rice flake) brand.”

Doan Phuong Tram, representative of Dong Quang Trading Company Limited, said: “The scale of this year’s fair is impressive — it’s professionally organised with a huge and promising customer base. Particularly, we’ve welcomed many international visitors from Europe, Canada, and other regions to our booth.”

Currently, Dong Quang’s high-end aluminium profile products are mainly distributed domestically to agents and contractors, but the company aims to expand into international markets in the near future. “This fair is clearly a valuable opportunity for us to meet potential partners, foster cooperation, and promote high-quality Vietnamese processed products to the world,” she added.

Another highlight of this year’s Autumn Fair is the diverse experiences it offers visitors, blending culture and commerce. Notably, the “Essence of Autumn in Ha Noi” zone gathered around 30 artisans specialising in ceramics, horn crafts, and to he (traditional toy figurines) from the capital’s renowned craft villages.

Visitors here not only shop but also witness firsthand the crafting process and hear the fascinating stories behind each handmade product. The fair has thus become a bridge between artisans and customers, between handicrafts and the market, helping preserve and promote traditional craftsmanship in modern life.

A bridge for international cooperation

According to the organisers, Autumn Fair 2025 is more than a regular trade fair — it is a strategic trade promotion activity aimed at boosting exports, imports, and international economic integration. A major highlight this year is the international pavilion, which gathered hundreds of enterprises from various countries and territories.

Among them, the most notable is the Chinese business delegation, comprising nearly 100 enterprises and 47 booths — the largest share of the international exhibition space — showcasing a wide range of products, from high technology, manufacturing and construction materials to consumer goods and agricultural produce. This area attracted a large number of visitors, especially Vietnamese manufacturers and industrial suppliers.

Le Hoang Tai, Deputy Director of the Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade), remarked: “Autumn Fair 2025 is the largest trade promotion platform of the year, gathering all economic sectors — from major corporations to small businesses and cooperatives. It provides Vietnamese enterprises with direct access to supply sources, technology, and materials for production transformation, while enabling them to establish partnerships right at the fair through dedicated networking sessions.”

The “Viet Nam–China Trade, Investment and Business Networking Conference” is held as part of the Autumn Fair 2025.

Li Zhenmin, Commercial Counsellor at the Chinese Embassy in Viet Nam, stated: “Bilateral trade turnover between Viet Nam and China exceeded 260 billion USD in 2024. In the first nine months of 2025, it has already reached 214.5 billion USD, up nearly 13% year-on-year. This fair provides a practical platform to strengthen business cooperation between enterprises of both countries, especially as regional supply chains are being reshaped.”

Impressed by the fair’s professional organisation and vibrant atmosphere, Dionathan Santos, Executive Chairman of the Brazil–Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BVC), noted: “Viet Nam is currently one of Brazil’s key strategic partners in Asia.”

The Brazil–Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry is focusing on enhancing cooperation between the two countries’ enterprises in clean energy, high-tech agriculture, logistics, and food processing. Autumn Fair 2025 is a large-scale and influential event that allows international businesses to study the market, connect with partners, and better understand Vietnamese consumer culture. Clearly, this is not just a trade fair but also a forum for economic dialogue and bilateral cooperation between Brazil and Viet Nam, Santos added.

According to the organisers, more than 100 cooperation agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) have been signed between Vietnamese and international businesses in investment, trade, technology transfer, supply chain development, and export cooperation — opening new opportunities in the process of global integration.
