Consumer Festival 2025 opens in Ha Noi

To honour and express gratitude for consumers’ trust and companionship over the years, the National Competition Commission (Ministry of Industry and Trade), in collaboration with the Voice of Viet Nam Online Newspaper (VOV), organised the programme “Consumer Appreciation Day – Consumer Fest 2025” in Ha Noi on the evening of October 24.

Speaking at the event, Trinh Anh Tuan, Chair of the National Competition Commission, Ministry of Industry and Trade, said that “Consumer Fest not only offers businesses a chance to thank loyal customers for their trust and support, but also serves as a forum for connection, exchange, and information sharing among stakeholders. It provides consumers with direct access to high-quality products and services, raising awareness and skills for smart and responsible consumption. At the same time, it serves as an occasion for businesses to reaffirm their long-term commitment to consumers, pursuing a sustainable development model that places consumers at the centre.”

On this occasion, Trinh Anh Tuan called for joint action between consumers and enterprises. For the business community, he urged: “Continue to place Integrity and Heart at the forefront. Moreover, take the lead in adopting green technologies, reducing waste, and providing environmentally friendly products. Protecting consumers is the shortest path to building a sustainable brand and conquering future markets.”

The event not only expresses gratitude to customers but also serves as an opportunity for connection, listening, sharing, and co-creating sustainable consumer values between enterprises and the community.

The festival features nearly 50 booths with the participation of more than 30 domestic and international enterprises and organisations. Taking place from October 24 to 26, the event is expected to attract between 20,000 and 25,000 visitors, both in-person and online.
