As part of ongoing support for Central Vietnam, the early 2025 donation programme provided essential food items such as rice, cooking oil, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, and milk. These contributions aim to improve students’ meals in areas frequently affected by natural disasters.

The official donation ceremony took place at Hung Trach No. 4 Primary School in Bo Trach District, Quang Binh Province. Speaking at the event, Nguyen Hai Son, a representative of Vietnam Beverage, stated: “We are committed to supporting schools in disadvantaged areas, especially those regularly impacted by natural disasters. While these gifts may not hold great monetary value, they represent our care and long-term commitment to education and sustainable community development.”

Additionally, the programme supports teacher training on disaster risk reduction in collaboration with C asean Vietnam and the provincial Red Cross. Since 2023, over 30 teachers in Ha Tinh and Quang Ngai have received training on risk assessment, emergency response, and integrating disaster awareness into school curricula.

Between 2021 and 2024, Vietnam Beverage has contributed nearly 3 billion VND to Central Vietnam’s schools, funding school renovations, educational supplies, disaster response equipment, and water filtration systems.

Looking ahead, Vietnam Beverage and its partners remain committed to sustainable development initiatives in Vietnam, with a strong focus on education and disaster resilience in vulnerable communities.
