The space houses 160 objects and 70 photos, which are arranged into four topics: Belongings of the revolutionary soldiers, Letters during wartime, The rear’s sentiment towards the front, and Mementos of the imperialists’ prisons.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony on April 26, Nguyen Thanh Hong, Director of the Quang Nam Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said that the space aims to recall wartime stories through the souvenirs of mothers, wives, and female soldiers who experienced the two national resistance wars against the French and the US.

The launch of the exhibition space is also a way to express gratitude to those who laid down their lives for the independence and freedom of the fatherland, she added.

The space, set up by the Quang Nam Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Southern Women's Museum, will be open to the public until September 12 at the Monument of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in Tam Phu Commune.
