The event took place in the northern port city of Hai Phong on March 27.
Over the past 5 years, the movement to create and promote literary and artistic works on the topic of the Vietnam People’s Navy in the period of 2021-2025 has created a profound influence on socio-political life in general and the Navy in particular, attracting thousands of professional and non-professional authors to participate.
Many authors have travelled thousands of nautical miles to Truong Sa (Spratly) district, Khanh Hoa province, DK1 platform on the southern continental shelf of the Fatherland, Hoang Sa (Paracel) sea area... to directly meet real people and events, creating thousands of literary and artistic works.
The works clearly reflect the mettle, will, determination, emotions, training life, and combat readiness of the Vietnam People’s Navy soldiers; directly encouraging, motivating, and inspiring Navy officers and soldiers to build their will, faith, and love for the Party, the Fatherland, and the People, firmly protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
