Vietnamese citizens as well as both professional and non-professional artists living and working in the country and abroad can participate in the contest.
The entries must depict the implementation of gender equality in eight areas of social life including politics, economy, labour, education and training, science and technology, culture, information, sports, tourism, health care and family.
The contest contributes to propagating the national strategy on gender equality for 2011 – 2020 period and the national programme on gender equality during the 2011 – 2015 period as well as the target to promote and strengthen the participation of women in leadership positions.
Each contestant can send unpublished posters, 54 x 79 cm, to the Department of Basic Culture under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism at 86A, Lane 3, Le Van Huu street. The deadline for the entries is August 20.
