Among these are 4 social housing projects with approximately 5,000 units, with a total investment of 5,053 billion VND; 3 industrial park and cluster projects covering more than 170 hectares with an investment of nearly 1,950 billion VND; 2 residential area projects with a total investment of over 1,100 billion VND; and a project supporting the development of a precious medicinal plant area in Thuong Minh commune, with a total investment of 229 billion VND.
The three industrial park and cluster projects commenced include Thanh Binh Industrial Park - Phase II, covering more than 80 hectares with a total investment of over 493 billion VND, and the Ha Chau 1 and Ha Chau 2 industrial clusters with a combined area of 95 hectares and a total investment of over 1,350 billion VND. These projects will create additional clean land reserves and continue to expand industrial development space to attract new investment flows.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, investors committed to implementing the projects on schedule and ensuring quality, while also requesting that the province and local authorities carry out land clearance effectively.
A representative of Le Mont Investment Joint Stock Company, the investor of the Ha Chau 1 and Ha Chau 2 industrial clusters, stated that the two clusters are located adjacent to Ring Road 5 of the Ha Noi Capital Region, offering high connectivity. Internal transport infrastructure, electricity and water supply, wastewater treatment, and landscaping will be synchronously invested, ensuring quality and progress to attract secondary investors with advanced technology, high added value, and positive contributions to the development of Thai Nguyen province.
The simultaneous commencement of 10 projects with large investment capital to promote industrial development, social housing for workers, and residential areas to expand urban space-coinciding with the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification, creates new momentum and impetus for Thai Nguyen province to achieve rapid and sustainable development.
