The main focus of the programme was the free health examination and consultation for 336 people in the area, including 226 war invalids, relatives of martyrs, people with meritorious contributions, and policy beneficiaries; 50 members of the Veterans Association; and 60 local officials.

War invalids and relatives of martyrs have undergone a comprehensive and synchronised examination process using modern equipment. The process began with a thorough clinical examination to check overall physical fitness, screening for internal and external medical issues, dermatology, obstetrics and gynecology, and extends to specialized fields such as ophthalmology, otolaryngology, and dentistry.

Simultaneously, medical staff also conducted a full range of paraclinical diagnostic procedures, including blood tests, urinalysis, and chest X-rays, to detect common age-related diseases early and develop the most appropriate and effective care plans.

After receiving advice on suitable nutrition and lifestyle from doctors, 100% of the examination data was updated and synchronised directly into the Ha Noi Electronic Health Record system, enabling lifelong health monitoring and care for these individuals.

Within the framework of the programme, the two units also launched a comprehensive healthcare cooperation programme, initiating a series of long-term community health care activities in the locality, with top priority given to families who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution. This comprehensive cooperation programme is expected to be a bridge bringing high-quality medical services closer to the people, especially policy beneficiaries and those who have rendered meritorious services in the area.
