The initiative is designed to meet rising travel demand among residents and visitors during the National Day holiday, which runs from August 29 to September 2.
During the five-day break, both lines will operate from 05:30 to 22:00, with trains running every 10 minutes, giving passengers flexibility to plan their journeys throughout the holiday.
Passengers will be issued complimentary tickets (priced at 0 VND) at ticket counters, or may obtain 0-VND tickets via electronic channels, including apps, bank cards and Tap&Go.
In addition, Ha Noi Metro is offering a 15% discount, capped at 50,000 VND per trip, for passengers using the integrated “Be-Metro-Be” booking service. The promotion, with 30,000 codes available, runs until 30 September or until all codes are redeemed.
