The highlight of this year’s festival is the Binh Ngo zodiac mascot themed “Aspiration to Reach Far and Spirit of Innovation”. Inspired by the image of the horse — a symbol of strength, loyalty and perseverance — the design of the 46th Ho Chi Minh City Spring Flower Festival depicts a galloping horse representing the nation’s powerful transformation.
This year’s festival presents a heritage-inspired space blended with modern installation art through the design of main entrance areas corresponding to distinctive themes, creating a visual symphony.
In particular, the grand landscape titled “Tuan Ma Phi Van” is regarded as the focal point of the Spring Flower Festival. It portrays a horse in its most powerful posture, stretching forward at full speed and blazing momentum, symbolising the country’s aspiration for development and readiness for international integration in the new era.
In addition to the grand landscapes, the orchid exhibition area is designed as an open artistic garden with hanging structures and petal-shaped canopies that honour the pure beauty of each competition entry. Visitors seem to step into a “giant flower garden” shimmering with light, creating a visually striking check-in destination.
This year’s festival offers visitors a range of unique and innovative artistic works, including collections different flowers.
Notably, this year’s Spring Flower Festival also features nightly parades and artistic performances showcasing international horse breeds at Tao Dan Park — a programme never previously presented at past Spring Flower Festivals.
