The Hue leadership also conveyed profound gratitude for the goodwill and timely support offered by the authorities and people of Cergy, together with the Party Pris Association, which provided emergency assistance worth 25,000 EUR, along with essential relief supplies for Hue residents affected by severe flooding in late 2025.

In response, Malika Yebdri thanked the Hue authorities for their warm hospitality and reaffirmed that Hue remains an important and trusted partner of Cergy in its international cooperation programmes. She voiced her hope that the two cities would continue to expand exchanges and strengthen connectivity to ensure that their partnership yields increasingly tangible results.

The two sides also agreed to exchange expertise in green urban planning and climate-resilient public space management, expand youth and student exchange programmes, promote two-way tourism, and strengthen links between traditional craft villages and artisans to preserve and promote the value of traditional handicrafts.
