The National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said Ha Noi would remain cloudy today, with heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms during the day and scattered showers at night.

Local authorities have mobilised all available resources and equipment to implement urgent and effective flood response measures. Efforts are being made to quickly overcome the consequences of the heavy rainfall and restore normal life for residents.
