President Luong Cuong, Head of the Central Steering Committee for Judicial Reform, chaired the committee’s third session of 2025 in Ha Noi on the morning of December 25.

Also attending were Politburo members and members of the Steering Committee, including Phan Dinh Trac, Secretary of the Party Central Committee (PCC), Head of the PCC’s Internal Affairs Commission and Standing Deputy Head of the Steering Committee; and Nguyen Hoa Binh, Standing Deputy Prime Minister. Other participants included Le Minh Tri, Secretary of the PCC and Standing Deputy Head of the PCC’s Internal Affairs Commission, along with leaders of central commissions, ministries and agencies.
