Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attends the conference announcing Hai Duong Province's master plan.

The conference was attended by former Politburo member, former National Assembly (NA) Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan; former Politburo member, former Chairwoman of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee’s Inspection Commission Nguyen Thi Xuan My; former NA Vice Chairman Nguyen Duc Kien; members of the Party Central Committee, former members of the Party Central Committee, leaders, former leaders of central departments, ministries and branches of Hai Duong Province, and representatives of the business community, entrepreneurs, and investors both domestic and international.
