[In pictures] “Warm spring” programme supports people in needy
Nhan Dan TV and the “Quy Hat giong Viet” (Vietnamese Seed Fund), established by Nhan Dan Newspaper, jointly held the “Xuan am” (Warm spring) programme at the Ho Guom Opera House on the evening of December 28 to support people in need ahead of the upcoming Lunar New Year (Tet).
