The mobile propaganda contest on Vietnam's seas and islands is an activity to raise awareness of the roles and responsibilities of state management agencies and people regarding the importance of seas and islands.
The activity also contributes to strengthening the solidarity bloc; propagating and educating the revolutionary tradition and sea-loving culture for coastal and marine communities.
