At the announcement ceremony of the new season held in Ha Tinh City on the morning of March 28, the organising committee of S-Race 2025 said the race will focus on students — the age group that is beginning to form exercise habits and awareness of physical training.
This is a project under the programme of organising school sports communication activities implemented by the Ministry of Education and Training, Vietnam Television, and Vietnam Athletics Federation in coordination with units and localities nationwide.
According to information from the organising committee, the competition is divided into 3 age groups: primary school students (6-11 years old); secondary school students (11-15 years old); and high school students (15-18 years old), with a competition distance of 1km to 3km.
The organising committee will award individual prizes from 1st to 10th place based on the finishing achievements of each athlete in 6 competition events, along with 3 collective prizes (corresponding to 3 levels of education) for the unit with the most participating athletes. The total prize value of S-Race Ha Tinh is 132 million VND.
