The creation represents an innovative fusion of traditional culinary craftsmanship and modern architectural artistry, leaving a strong impression on visitors to the Autumn Fair 2025.
The record-setting model recreates the largest exhibition complex in Southeast Asia and one of the top ten in the world. It was produced under the professional guidance of folk pastry artisan Tran Thi Hien Minh and the Saigon Professional Chefs Association, executed by the Lac Hong Palace team of professional chefs from Hai Phong City.

At a 1:10 scale, the model measures 1.8 metres long, 2 metres wide, and 80 centimetres high, and was completed over three consecutive days.
The record-setting performance took place as part of the “Cheer Fest 2025”, a large-scale event accommodating up to 4,500 guests, held from October 26 to November 4. Visitors to the festival could experience “A Taste of Viet Nam – Autumn Delicacies”, featuring signature dishes from 34 provinces and cities, such as Lang Son roasted duck, Nghe An eel soup, Quang Tri thick noodle soup, and Da Lat artichoke pho.
Beyond savouring culinary delights, visitors also enjoyed live cooking demonstrations by master chefs, showcasing the soul of Vietnamese cuisine in every rich, authentic flavour.

The festival also featured a grand barbecue and beer party — Cheer Fest — with signature grilled dishes from Germany, Belgium, and Japan; over 100 craft beer varieties; and extraordinary culinary performances by legendary chefs including Benoit Leloup, Benoit Chaigneau, Pham Tuan Hai, Tran Thi Hien Minh, and Don David.
Alongside global flavours were dynamic performances by DJs, circus and magic acts, and interactive games such as the Beer Drinking Challenge and Halloween Costume Parade, creating an exuberant festive atmosphere unique to the Cheer Fest 2025, held exclusively at the First Autumn Fair.
Complementing the culinary space, the First Autumn Fair 2025 also offered a vast 130,000 square metres of shopping areas, filled with thousands of discounted products spanning industries such as manufacturing, agriculture, trade, services, logistics, tourism, and digital technology, as well as regional specialties.
Organised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ha Noi People’s Committee, Vingroup, and other ministries and localities, the first Autumn Fair is more than just a shopping event—it is a mega experiential festival, blending technology, culture, cuisine, and art.
The fair will conclude on November 4, marking the final opportunity for visitors to enjoy shopping, entertainment, and cultural activities rich in traditional Vietnamese identity at this first-of-its-kind mega fair.
