Minh made the statement on April 9 during a reception for a JAK delegation led by its president, Park Jong Huyn, at the Nhan Dan head office in Hanoi.

He noted that Nhan Dan is one of the leading media organisations in digital transformation in Vietnam and affirmed that it wants to learn from the experience and cooperate with the JAK.

Over the past two years, Nhan Dan and the Vietnam Academy of Journalism and Communication have organised two workshops with the participation of Korean experts to share their experiences.

On the occasion, Minh shared the idea of a Korean-language edition of Nhan Dan with official and mainstream news on Vietnam-Korea relations to help enhance the fine development of the bilateral ties.

For his part, JAK President Park Jong Huyn said that his association has 25,000 members and one of its priorities is international cooperation.

Regarding cooperation between the JAK and Nhan Dan, he welcomed the idea of a Korean-language edition of the Vietnamese newspaper and affirmed that he would discuss with the JAK leadership how to support and cooperate effectively.
