During a working visit to Gujarat State from October 8 to 10, Ambassador of Viet Nam to India Nguyen Thanh Hai and the delegation of the Vietnamese Embassy and Viet Nam Trade Office in India actively promoted the event and invited Indian government agencies, trade promotion organisations, industry associations and businesses to participate in the Autumn Fair 2025 — the largest and most comprehensive international trade exhibition ever organised in Viet Nam.

In meetings with the Chief Minister of Gujarat, the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), the Nasscom Centre of Excellence (COE) for Innovation and Technology Gandhinagar, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Gandhinagar, the Adani Group, as well as leading Indian enterprises and investors, Ambassador Nguyen Thanh Hai introduced and encouraged their active participation of partners in the fair, describing it as a golden opportunity to expand trade, investment and service connectivity between the two countries.

The Viet Nam Autumn Fair 2025 will be the largest international trade event ever held in the country, featuring around 3,000 exhibition booths showcasing a wide range of industrial, agricultural, consumer, service and high-tech products. The fair is expected to attract thousands of domestic and international enterprises.

The event is anticipated to become a leading hub for trade, investment and consumer connectivity in Southeast Asia, drawing hundreds of thousands of visitors, importers and international investors.

Thanks to the active promotion efforts of the Embassy of Viet Nam in India, more than 50 Indian enterprises have expressed interest and intention to participate in the fair — particularly in sectors such as agriculture, food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, machinery, information technology, education and tourism.

The growing interest of Indian states, associations, chambers of commerce and businesses in Viet Nam demonstrates the rapidly expanding potential for cooperation between the two economies — particularly as both nations pursue green growth, innovation and sustainable development.

The Autumn Fair 2025 will be the first of its kind in Viet Nam, held on the largest scale ever, at the country’s most modern exhibition centre, covering an area of approximately 100,000 square metres with around 3,000 booths. Participants will include all 34 provinces and cities, ministries, related agencies, major corporations, general companies, private firms, and international businesses.
