The workshop had the participation of 50 domestic experts and scientists with many new presentations on solutions in science, technology, and digital transformation; representatives of universities, research institutes, domestic enterprises; cooperatives and functional sectors, and local authorities in Quang Ngai province.
Speaking at the opening of the workshop, Mr. Nguyen Tan Liem, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Quang Ngai province, affirmed that the province identifies science, technology, innovation and digital transformation as the central driving force in state management, production, business and social life.
34 reports and presentations at the workshop focused on important and strategic issues, including: orientation for the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in agriculture, health, education and training; development of high-quality human resources; implementation of comprehensive digital transformation models; building an innovative startup ecosystem; developing eco-tourism and eco-agriculture associated with the unique culture of Quang Ngai; building data infrastructure and digital infrastructure to serve digital government, digital economy and digital society; strengthening the connection between manager, scientist, enterprises and people.
These are topics closely linked to the goals that the province has set for the period 2025-2030: making Quang Ngai a fairly developed province, an important growth pole of the Central Highlands.
The workshop is not only a place to update professional knowledge, but also an academic forum connecting managers-experts-businesses-research units, contributing to determining strategic directions and breakthrough solutions in the application of science, technology, innovation and digital technology to improve the efficiency of management, production and service activities; forming an ecosystem to support the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in Quang Ngai province.
