The ceremony was attended by Vice President, Nguyen Thi Doan and Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Senior Lieutenant General Do Ba Ty. National Assembly Chairman, Nguyen Sinh Hung and Minister of National Defence General Phung Quang Thanh also sent letters and baskets of flowers to the celebration.
During the more than 25 years of its construction and development, the 789 Corporation has became a major corporation of the Defence Ministry,establishing itself as a strong brand in Vietnam’s construction sector and recording excellent achievements in its operations.
The corporation has carried out many important projects to a high standard of construction and with attractive designs, contributing to the country’s infrastructure and national socio-economic development.
Besides contributing to the country’s economic growth, the 789 Corporation has presented hundreds of billions in VND to social welfare programmes.
