The project will be implemented from 2026 to the end of 2035 in ethnic minority and mountainous regions, areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions, remote areas, border areas, islands, and areas with complicated security and social order issues.
The purpose of the above-mentioned project is to comprehensively innovate the work of disseminating and educating the law to create a breakthrough in awarenessand the sense of respect for the Constitution and laws; to build a culture of compliance with the law; and to foster a habit of proactively learning about the law, tailored to the specific characteristics of ethnic minority communities and mountainous regions.
Some of the objectives of the project are: from now until 2030, strive to train and educate approximately 650 people according to the project's programs and materials to become the core team implementing legal dissemination and education work in localities. Strive for 100% of localities in ethnic minority and mountainous regions to complete the development and promulgation of training programs and materials on knowledge, skills, and professional skills in legal dissemination and education tailored to ethnic minority communities and mountainous regions. Ensure that the content of legal dissemination and education is focused, targeted, and appropriate to the target audience and regional characteristics. The remaining localities are encouraged to develop and issue their own local programs and documents.
To achieve the set goals, the project implements synchronously 4 groups of specific tasks and solutions, assigned to relevant agencies, units, and localities for implementation.
