Bac Ninh proposes to organise three free tours in 2026

In order to utilise the potential and strengths of culture and tourism after the merger, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh province has proposed organising three free tours to serve the people in 2026.

On November 6, Standing Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province Mai Son chaired a working session with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to grasp the situation of the activities of the public service units under the Department since the merger, discuss solutions for leadership and direction of activities in the coming time.

At the working session, delegates focused on discussing and proposing solutions to promote the development of culture; tourism; physical training and sports; preserving and promoting the value of relics and cultural heritage; developing reading culture; investing in and effectively showcasing cultural institutions and works...

Notably, following the success of free tours, with the desire to provide real experiences, help tourists explore relics, traditional craft villages, and introduce the beauty of the province, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh proposed the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee to direct the Department of Finance to arrange funds in 2026 to organise three free tours to serve the people.

The proposed tours include Spiritual tours following the heritage chain from Do Temple, Dam Pagoda, But Thap, Vinh Nghiem, Tay Yen Tu; spiritual tours combining the eco-tourism sites of Tay Yen Tu, Vinh Nghiem, Khe Ro Lake, or Vinh Nghiem, Bo Da Pagoda; spiritual tours of Do Temple with Kinh Duong Vuong Temple combined with the experience of Phu Lang pottery village, Dong Ho paintings.

The tours are expected to create a good effect on communication for the people, enhancing cultural and spiritual values.
