The Golden Rose Award is the only national distinction exclusively dedicated to recognising female entrepreneurs who have achieved excellence in business and made significant contributions to the country’s socio-economic development.
Speaking at the award ceremony, Madame Nguyen Thi Nga, Chairwoman of BRG Group, shared: "With the mission of bringing the best values to the community, both I and BRG Group are fully aware of the responsibilities that entrepreneurs and enterprises hold towards society. We have always strived to create sustainable values, contribute to national socio-economic development, and spread the pride and aspirations of Vietnamese women in the era of integration."
The recognition as one of the Top 10 Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswomen – Golden Rose Award 2025 highlights Madame Nga’s exceptional contributions, broad and positive influence, and pioneering role in elevating the position of Vietnamese enterprises both domestically and internationally. It also honours her embodiment of courage, creativity, and dedication to the nation’s shared prosperity.
Over the years, under Madame Nguyen Thi Nga’s leadership, BRG Group has consistently demonstrated strong social responsibility through numerous charitable initiatives. These include supporting the underprivileged, providing housing for those in need, contributing to social welfare and education funds, and regularly assisting disaster-affected communities nationwide.
The “Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman – Golden Rose Award” was initiated and has been organised by the Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) since 2005.
Starting in 2010, the award has been presented every three years. Since 2021, in line with the 2022 Law on Emulation and Commendation, it has been held every five years.
