The event will feature five main activities, including the opening ceremony; a high-level policy dialogue conference under the theme “New Growth – Innovation – Global City”; a finance forum; a workshop on fostering cooperation between government, universities, and businesses; and a seminar on Da Nang’s semiconductor and high-tech sector.

The week will also include a wide range of side events, such as site visits to key development projects, exhibitions showcasing the local investment environment and fintech products, specialised conferences, and business networking programmes.

Through this event, Da Nang aims to promote its competitive advantages, attract high-value investment, strengthen international cooperation, and gradually establish its position as Viet Nam’s emerging centre for innovation, high technology, and international finance.

The event is expected to attract participation from leaders of central agencies, international organisations, financial institutions, and business associations, as well as experts, scientists, enterprises, and investors from both Viet Nam and abroad.

The week’s activities will provide opportunities for participants to exchange insights and discuss emerging trends in economic, financial, and technological development, as well as innovation.

According to Da Nang Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh, the week is not merely a series of investment promotion activities, but also a forum for advancing policy dialogue, mobilising development resources, and broadening international cooperation.

The city expects the event to help create new opportunities for collaboration, foster investment and innovation, and support the development of high-value-added economic sectors.
