The Food Week saw the participation of more than 40 enterprises and fish sauce associations throughout the country, who are showcasing their products on a total area of 1,000m2.

According to Nguyen Minh Tien, Director of the MARD’s Vietnam Trade Promotion Centre for Agriculture, various activities will be included within the framework of the Food Week, such as seminars on fish sauce culture and Vietnamese cuisine, a talk show between consumers, experts, businesses, and cooperatives on fish sauce development, the advertisements of traditional fish sauce products on the TikTok Shop platform, and others.

The event will run until October 29 at No.489 Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Hanoi.
