Gia Lai to pilot coffee and culture space to attract more visitors

Gia Lai Province will launch a pilot coffee and culture space at Dai Doan Kiet Square in Pleiku Ward, running every Friday to Sunday from March to August. The initiative aims to provide tourists with more engaging and memorable experiences when visiting the locality.

The space will feature stalls showcasing the province’s rich cultural identity, offering local coffee and tea, culinary specialities, OCOP products, as well as agricultural produce and handicrafts from both mountainous and coastal regions.

Visitors will also be invited to immerse themselves in cultural performances, traditional experiences, and the unique gong music of the Central Highlands.

The project is expected to become a distinctive tourism highlight, enhancing Gia Lai’s appeal as a destination. It will not only promote the image of the Central Highlands but also stimulate demand for locally characteristic products.

The pilot programme forms part of the year-long National Tourism Year 2026, hosted by Gia Lai Province under the theme “Gia Lai – Where mountains embrace the sea”.
