The event features 100 booths showcasing a wide range of products, including fashion, technology, consumer goods, regional specialties, and OCOP-certified items.

Offering discounts of up to 50 per cent, the festival also allows visitors to explore themed streets such as the “Commerce Street” and “Technology Street”, experience the “Touch Technology – Smart Living” zone, and support “Proudly Vietnamese Goods” at the domestic product area.

Beyond Times City, more than 1,000 retail outlets across the city are simultaneously running major discount programmes throughout November.

In particular, large supermarket chains and retail systems such as Central Retail, BRGmart, Winmart, Aeon, Lotte, Co.opmart, MediaMart, Pico, Soi Bien, HomeFarm, and Hacom are offering discounts of over 50 per cent on thousands of products. They are also giving gifts and providing extra benefits for cashless payments, helping consumers save money and enjoy a more convenient shopping experience.

This year’s programme also sees the participation of the ride-hailing app Xanh SM, which is offering over 20,000 promotional codes with discounts of up to 30 per cent for shopping-related trips during November. This initiative also encourages green consumption and emissions reduction across Ha Noi.

The “November Promotion Festival” is part of the 2025 Ha Noi Promotion Month, a citywide programme of concentrated promotional activities.

This year’s edition welcomes the participation of many partners in e-commerce and financial technology, including Shopee, Vinaphone, Momo, and major banks. They are introducing modern payment solutions such as QR code payments, one-touch transactions, and in-app ordering, allowing consumers to enjoy a seamless digital shopping experience.

Nguyen The Hiep, Deputy Director of the Ha Noi Department of Industry and Trade, stated: “The Concentrated Promotion Programme is not merely a consumer event; it is a tool to stimulate domestic market growth, enhance the competitiveness of the capital’s enterprises, and shape a modern, civilised consumption culture. We have integrated sustainable development factors into the programme, such as promoting Vietnamese goods, green consumption, and e-commerce to reduce intermediary social costs.”

With its diverse activities—from deep discounts and technology experiences to trade promotion and Vietnamese goods branding—the 2025 Ha Noi Promotion Programme is expected to connect production with consumption, boost business revenue growth, and contribute to the city’s target of achieving GRDP growth of over 8 per cent.

The “November Promotion Festival” will run until November 5, 2025.
