This was part of the provincial resolution adopted by the provincial People’s Council during its 14th working session.
The resolution regulates the allowance for participants of the illiteracy eradication programme, which has been held within the framework of the National Target Programme on socio-economic development in ethnic minority-inhabited and mountainous areas for the 2021-2030 period.
The money is sourced from the State budget and provincial budget.
Under the resolution, learners will receive financial funding of 1 million VND each, after they are certificated to complete the illiteracy elimination programme.
