As part of his official visit to Viet Nam, on the morning of October 6 in Ha Noi, President of the Republic of Panama José Raúl Mulino and the First Lady visited the Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam (Temple of Literature), a historic site representing Viet Nam’s long-standing cultural tradition, love of learning and respect for teachers, and home to the country’s first university.
