General Secretary and State President To Lam, together with current and former leaders of the Party and the State, attended the ceremony marking the 80th anniversary of the People's Security Force's traditional day (July 12, 1946 – 2026) and receiving the Gold Star Order at the National Convention Centre on the morning of July 11.
