Additionally, entries can include the beauty of Vietnamese landscapes such as: tangible and intangible cultural heritages and the sea and islands of Vietnam.

Each photographer can send one or more previously unpublished colour or black-and-white photos for the photo-journalism category, via the website: phongsuanh-vapa.tuoitre.vn, email address: phongsuanh-vapa@tuoitre.com.vn or via mail to Photography Magazine at 51 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hanoi and Tuoi Tre Newspaper at 60A Hoang Van Thu Street, Ho Chi minh City.

Entries should be sent from September 30, 2015 to July 30, 2016. The awards ceremony and exhibition for outstanding photos are scheduled to be held in October, 2016.

The organising board will present a gold, two silver and three bronze medals as well as five consolation prizes for the best entries.

On the same day, an exhibition themed ‘Stories from newspapers’ was organised in Hanoi, featuring 45 outstanding photo stories that were published in Tuoi Tre Newspaper.
