Accordingly, the newly issued Nhan Dan Spring edition will be delivered to officers and soldiers of the People's Navy, the Information and Communication Arm, the Border Guard High Command, the Vietnam Coast Guard Command, and Military Zone 1.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Editor-in-chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper Le Quoc Khanh said the presentation of the Spring edition was a traditional activity of Nhan Dan on the occasion of the Tet holiday.
The Spring edition of Nhan Dan newspaper is considered a spiritual gift that officials and staff of the Party's newspaper wish to send to officers and soldiers who are on duty stationed at border and island areas, Deputy Editor-in-chief Khanh noted.
He also took the occasion to express his thanks to central agencies and State enterprises for their support to Nhan Dan in implementing the meaningful activity.

Nhan Dan (People) Newspaper held a ceremony in Hanoi on January 19 to officially issue its Spring edition for the upcoming Lunar New Year (Tet) festival as well as present over 25,000 copies to soldiers and officers who are working in border and island areas.
