Themed ‘Ho Chi Minh City – 47 years accompanying with the country’, the exhibition introduces 90 photos recalling the 1975 Great Spring Victory, particularly the heroic struggle of the people and army in the south to conduct major campaigns to liberate the Central Highlands, Hue-Da Nang, and Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh City).
Works on display also include 70 pictures highlighting the efforts of the working class in Ho Chi Minh City, promoting patriotism and contributing to the country’s industrialisation and modernisation.
Under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Vietnamese working class has promoted its vanguard role in the struggle for national independence and freedom, particularly in patriotic movements in the south.
The exhibition will run until May 7.
