Speaking at a meeting with local leaders, Mai recognised the efforts of Hoa Binh Province in general and Kim Boi District in particular over the past year and extended her wish that Hoa Binh will record greater achievements in the coming years.
On the same day, Minister of Defence Phan Van Giang paid a Tet visit to the authorities, military units, poor families and policy beneficiaries in the central province of Binh Dinh.
