The Top 10 and Top 5 lists of reputable food and beverage companies in 2026 were compiled based on scientific and objective principles. Companies were assessed and ranked according to three main criteria: financial capacity shown in the latest financial statements; media reputation assessed through the Media Coding method, and surveys of research subjects and relevant stakeholders, updated to August 2026.

Vu Dang Vinh, General Director of Viet Nam Report, said Viet Nam’s food and beverage (F&B) market has continued to expand in a more cautious and differentiated manner.

However, cost pressures and price levels remain present, while consumers are increasingly weighing product origin, quality, price and value more carefully. Viet Nam Report’s survey shows that clear origin and good quality that is safe for health are the two factors of greatest concern. This places higher requirements on transparency, traceability and the ability of F&B enterprises to build trust.

According to Viet Nam Report’s statistics, nearly 50% of food enterprises recorded revenue growth and maintained stability, but profit performance showed clearer signs of differentiation, indicating that pressure from competition and margin control remains.

Meanwhile, beverage enterprises recorded clear improvements in both revenue and profit in the first six months of 2026 compared with 2025, showing the recovery momentum of this market.

The year 2026 also marked progress in institutionalising traceability requirements, such as Circular No. 31/2026/TT-BCT, which took effect on July 1, 2026, regulating food traceability within the management scope of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
