Vice President Vo Thanh Anh Xuan attended the hand-over ceremony of 5 billion VND from Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) for the construction of Tuoi Tho (Childhood) Kindergarten in An Cu Commune.

The Vice President also awarded 25 scholarships to outstanding students who are living in difficult circumstances in Tinh Bien Township.

On the occasion of the establishment of Tinh Bien Township and its wards, Vice President Xuan presented gifts to congratulate the Party Committee, authorities and people of this border township.

Tinh Bien Township s one of the four border, mountainous and ethnic district-level units of An Giang Province. The whole township currently has 121,399 people, including 35,696 Khmer people.
