Vietnamese students hold exciting art festival in France

The Vietnam Youth and Students Association in France organised an art programme to welcome the Lunar New Year 2023 – “Vietfest 2023” on the evening of February 5, at the Wagram banquet hall, District 17, Paris.

The event was attended by Vietnamese Ambassador to France Dinh Toan Thang; Ambassador Le Thi Hong Van, Permanent Representative of Vietnam to UNESCO; and Nghiem Xuan Dong, Director of the Vietnam Cultural Centre in France; among others.

As an event held on the occasion of the traditional Lunar New Year festival, Vietfest 2023 aimed to connect generations of Vietnamese people living and working in France and Europe and Vietnamese businesses in France.

Towards the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and France and the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the strategic partnership between the two countries, Vietfest 2023 contributed to the promotion of the cultural and artistic characteristics of the two countries among international friends.

The art party of Vietnamese students in France attracted the attendance of nearly 800 guests, including Vietnamese people living and working in France and international friends, as well as many associations, families and Vietnamese youths and students from all over French cities and provinces including Nantes, Rennes, Lorient, Toulouse, Montpellier, Lyon, etc
