Party General Secretary To Lam, Politburo member and Secretary of Ha Noi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai, and Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son sent floral tributes to mark the occasion.

This school year, Ha Noi’s education sector has achieved remarkable progress, with 35 new schools established and nearly 80% of public schools now meeting national standards. The city has recognised 23 high-quality schools and is investing in seven advanced multi-level schools, each spanning over five hectares.

During the ceremony, top-performing students were awarded Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ha Noi People’s Committee for their outstanding results in national and international competitions. Others received commendations from the Director of Ha Noi’s Department of Education and Training for academic excellence.

These students represent shining examples of perseverance and achievement. Many have overcome adversity to excel, standing out as bright flowers in Ha Noi’s thriving academic landscape.

Director of Ha Noi’s Department of Education and Training, Tran The Cuong praised the students’ achievements and stressed that these early successes serve as motivation for continued growth. He encouraged students to strive for all-round development—academically, physically, and morally—to become high-quality human resources contributing to the nation’s and capital’s growth.

Vice Chairwoman of the Ha Noi People’s Committee Vu Thu Ha reaffirmed the city's strong commitment to education through policies and investments. She urged continued efforts to modernise infrastructure, promote digital transformation, and ensure equal education quality between urban and suburban areas.

At the ceremony, Do Ha Phuong, a student at Viet Duc High School and winner of both national and international science competitions, spoke on behalf of the awardees, expressing gratitude for the support from teachers, family, and peers that fuels students' dreams and aspirations.
