The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung, representatives from ministries, departments, and agencies, as well as a large number of local residents.
In his opening speech, Nguyen Phi Long, Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee, recalled the historic milestones of the national resistance war against the US and the Great Spring Victory of 1975, which liberated the south and reunified the country.
He highlighted the contributions of generations of outstanding youth from Hoa Binh Province who enthusiastically set out to defend the Fatherland.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung applauded the significant important contributions from the Party Committee, authorities, and people of Hoa Binh Province to the nation’s construction and defence, stressing that the Party, state, and people always appreciate their great sacrifices and services.
While congratulating the achievements that the Party Committee, authorities, and people of Hoa Binh in recent years, the Deputy PM called on the province to promote solidarity, innovation, and creativity to reap further achievements in the coming time.
